Amy is an accomplished and respected retail leasing strategist, with a passion and an imagination for creating exciting and engaging physical retail environments- whether it be through thoughtful retail leasing, short term brand activations & experiential pop ups, or longer tail innovative and unconventional partnerships. With over 20 years’ experience, she has worked for prolific developers on some of the most productive retail shopping centers and environments across the country.  Building on her core expertise of retail leasing and merchandising, her capabilities have expanded in recent years to incorporate the growing role technology plays in the customer’s connection to the physical environment. She can speak to almost any property profile (i.e. super-regional shopping centers or necessity based retail), geographic market and dealmaking structure.  

 

She is just as comfortable in a corporate environment as she is in a wildly entrepreneurial one.
